Notice of Declared Election - October 2023
NOTICE OF DECLARATION OF ELECTION
AS STATED: in any election for directors, if, after the expiration of the date for filing written nominations for the office of director, it appears that only one (1) qualified candidate has been nominated thereby for each position to be filled, it shall not be necessary to hold an election pursuant to Idaho State Code 43-201A.
With no further petitions filed except for the petition presently filed, Minidoka Irrigation District will not hold an election for directors for the 2023 year. Ronald Kowitz has been declared elected for a three (3) year term from Director Division #1 and John Robert Luke McCall has been declared elected for a three (3) year term from Director Division #3.
