Idaho Code § 18-4301 provides that any person who interferes with the free flow of water in a canal or ditch system is guilty of a misdemeanor.
Idaho Code § 18-4302 provides that any person who willfully wastes irrigation water is guilty of a misdemeanor.
Idaho Code § 18-4303 provides that any person who obstructs the flow of water in a waterway regulated by a watermaster is guilty of a misdemeanor.
Idaho Code § 18-4304 provides that any person who wrongfully diverts water, or cuts or damages any canal, ditch, or stream bank, is guilty of a misdemeanor.
Idaho Code § 18-4305 provides that any person who interferes with a headgate or other water distribution device is guilty of a misdemeanor.
Idaho Code § 18-4306 provides that any person who damages irrigation ditches or their appurtenances is guilty of a misdemeanor.
Idaho Code § 18-4307 provides that any person who damages or alters a water measurement device is guilty of a misdemeanor.
Idaho Code § 18-4309 provides that any person who disturbs, tampers with, or interferes with any headgate, water box, valve, measuring device, or regulating device is guilty of a misdemeanor.
